Yes. Our preferred model is full-estate use, allowing your group to enjoy Solar de Alcains privately and with a stronger sense of intimacy, calm, and exclusivity.

Weekend stays usually require a 2-night minimum. Weekday stays may be available from 1 night, depending on dates, guest count, rooming needs, and the type of gathering.

Solar de Alcains has 14 rooms, with flexible rooming options depending on the group, retreat, or event. Rooms may be planned for single or double occupancy, depending on the needs of your gathering.

Guest capacity depends on the rooming configuration and type of gathering. For many retreats, the estate is well suited to intimate groups of approximately 10–24 guests. Larger event-style gatherings may be reviewed by inquiry depending on format and accommodation needs.

A done-for-you retreat is designed for facilitators who have an audience, teaching, practice, or community, but do not yet have the team or experience to create and operate an international retreat. Under Domes helps shape the retreat concept, guest journey, rooming, meals, schedule, local experiences, and on-site flow.

Yes. For selected retreats, we can help create elegant certificates of participation or completion. These give guests a sense of accomplishment and provide a memorable closing touch. Unless a facilitator’s program is formally accredited, these are presented as participation or completion certificates rather than professional certifications.

Yes. Hosted dining, meal plans, and all-inclusive retreat or group-stay packages may be arranged by inquiry. Meals can be shaped around the purpose of the gathering, the guest profile, dietary needs, and the level of hospitality required.

Pricing is prepared by private inquiry because each gathering is shaped differently. Private estate stays begin from accessible whole-property rates, with final pricing based on dates, guest count, rooming, exclusivity, meals, transfers, and the level of hospitality or retreat support required.
